Our massage services are provided on a mobile basis, meaning we come directly to you. We think it is extremely important to take the reins and reduce any stress that could interfere with your state wellness. We work locally around Greater Manchester and Cheshire, our most popular areas for massage currently are; Knutsford, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Manchester City Centre, Stockport and Oldham.

Are you willing to travel further?

We would definitely travel further to provide our services and hope to expend to many more locations in the future. If we travel further than usual we may add an extra fuel charge.

What type of massage do you do?

Currently we provide Sports Massage, Swedish Massage and Triggerpoint Therapy services to our clients, although we have plans to grow our services throughout 2020.

What is a Sports Massage?

Sports massage therapy is a deep and intense soft tissue release technique that relieves muscle tension, damage, breaks down adhesion's and ultimately reduces the pain you experience. Our therapists use deep pressure that works into the superficial and deeper lying muscles to increase blood flow and temperature to help the muscles relax.

What is a Swedish Massage?

Swedish massage is simply a "classic massage" which aids recovery from stresses without requiring a large amount of pressure to leave you in a state of euphoria. Due to the more gentle nature of a Swedish massage the techniques and strokes are typically longer, spanning the whole length of a muscle and are perfect for increasing blood circulation, releasing tension from superficial and deeper tissues and also promoting relaxation.

What is Triggerpoint Therapy and does it hurt? 

A.
Trigger-point therapy helps to relieve tension created by sport or a build-up of stresses, which cause intense pain throughout the body and commonly reduce your range of movement dramatically. Unfortunately triggerpoint therapy can be a rather painful treatment method.
