What does PERFORMANCE coaching entail?

I have been a qualified BSc Sports Therapist and Level 3 Personal Trainer for 10+ years, this experience has given me tools to provide clients with high level programming that achieves goals with great success. Training isn’t a linear process and using an experienced coach can greatly assist you in achieving your goals.

App Based Programming

Your program will be created using the TrueCoach app, which helps you to have a seamless program for all your fitness goals at the click of a button.

Goal Orientated

Whether you are hoping to have a specific performance goal for an event or hoping to change your current physical situation, my performance coaching service can be an excellent option, with a specific program made just for you.

Educational

Learning is all part of the process, understanding how the body works and how different training stimulus’ can influence body composition dramatically. This programming is designed to help you understand how your body copes with training, food, sleep and general daily life.

Why is performance coaching important?

Performance is not just about training for events but can relate to a myriad of things, how your body feels on a daily basis, are you doing better than yesterday, have you lost body fat, are you feeling healthier in yourself, these are a small number of performance targets you can meet using coaching and only you know what the end goal is. Using an experienced coach can help provide the tools and give you an understanding of how to bring your goals to life.
