What does base online coaching involve?
We use a comparison to mountains to establish the amount of support you need, the higher up the mountain you travel, the more support you need. Base is the most basic tier of our online coaching, meaning you have fewer 'face to face' interactions with your trainer as we check-in with your progress once a month for a video chat, nevertheless you still have email access for any important questions you may have regarding your program.
- Personalised Training Program - Updated each month to assist you in surpassing your goal. The training program will be specific directly to your needs.
- Personalised Nutritional Program - Our nutrition programs are provided to you simply as an advisory method as to the meals which could be beneficial for you to eat to reach your current goal.
- Online Forum Access - Access to our online forum on Facebook so you can join the Level Wellness community to ask any questions and see updated information as you may need it.
- 1 Online check-ins per month - We check in directly with you each month using platforms like skype or facetime. You will talk directly to your designated PT who knows all about your program, this gives you a chance to talk about your experiences, anything you may need to change and updating us on how you are feeling in general.
- One off set up fee - To begin a program with us you are charged a one off set up fee to get you underway, this is covering the costs of creating your plans, which are typically sent out to you in 3-5 working days.
- £15 weekly fee - Once you have received your first training program from us, we will issue you a invoice on how to set up your weekly fee.
