Being out in the open is an excellent method for you and your family to utilise, our family fitness sessions will be designed specifically towards your needs with the use of very little equipment to avoid the spread of Coronavirus.
The social distancing measures are something we will take very seriously during this time and we advise clients to think carefully about the health of family members during this time.
